STYLIST AND EDITORIAL DIRECTOR
Over a span of 10 years, Katie Sapp's experience in the fashion industry goes far beyond styling alone. Beginning her career as a fashion editor and stylist at Teen Vogue for 4 years, she built a strong foundation in storytelling, styling, and an editorial perspective. From there, Katie has held various titles overseeing studio styling for both Barneys New York and Intermix, lead content strategy for Schutz USA including marketing, e-comm, social media, and brand campaign needs, and continuously worked with new clients in between as a stylist and content consultant. Merging her extensive experience in brand consultation and image development, Katie is now a full time stylist and editorial director based in New York City.
Katie Sapp's Picks
"The longer I work in fashion the more drawn I am to timeless, well crafted pieces that provide an effortless interchangeable wardrobe. I personally feel my best when I can throw on a crisp button down and trousers without overthinking and still feel polished and put together. That’s the beauty of personal style — find what makes YOU feel the most comfortable and fabulous, and your confidence will shine through without even trying."
Meet Katie Sapp
Before she became an industry-renowned stylist, Katie Sapp cut her teeth as Teen Vogue's fashion assistant, where she met our cofounder, Marina. Since then, she's brought her cheerful aesthetic to brands like Intermix, Coach, and now Larroudé, where she styled our Fall 2022 campaign. Below, we chat with Sapp about her entry into fashion, her career goals, and her current shopping list (hint: it involves our favorite Mary Jane platforms).
